Posted by Picasa Maddison Square Gardens, iconic home of the New York Rangers (on this night, anyway). In a crucial top of the table clash the home team were comprehesively beaten by the Philadelphia Flyers. This failed to detract from the excitement generated by the big foam hands pictured. The stadium had been full, this was taken after the game had finished, but the atmosphere was more amusing than electric. One particularly keen Rangers fan seemed obsessed with delivering the anouncement that the visiting faithful were, 'pumpkin heads'. This was not expanded upon. 70's footy terraces this was not. All good fun.
Harvard, the very essence of learning, apparently. There were no students about when we were there to whom we could throw a dollar for a tour. Suprisingly poorly kept grounds for a place of such repute. Oxbridge sorts need not worry. Posted by Picasa
Here we are enjoying the sunshine in Boston. At the arboritum, in fact. This was a very pleasant thing to do. Posted by Picasa
